Jim Berry, CCIM of CRG Utah has been active in the Salt Lake Real Estate Market since 1977. In 1984 he was a founding member of the Salt Lake Coldwell Banker Office which evolved into CB Richard Ellis. His market expertise is the analysis, sale and leasing of industrial buildings and land. Jim works in a highly personal hands on style and is service and detail oriented. His previous work experience includes ten years as a Senior Bank Examiner with the FDIC. He is a past President of the Salt Lake City CCIM chapter and past Chair of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Committee. Jim represents Argus in the Utah and Nevada markets.

Steve Boldish, CCIM is a real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial MW in Medford, Oregon.  Steve has been a licensed real estate broker for 26 years, with the past 15 years specializing in commercial/investment sales and acquisitions.  He is a licensed broker in Oregon and California and earned his CCIM designation in 1998.  Steve has an extensive network base in the Southern Oregon business community, having been a resident of Medford and an Oregon Realtor since 1990.

David F. Etzold is the principal and founding broker of Etzold & Co. A native of El Paso, TX, David has specialized in commercial real estate since 1981.  His experience includes work with the El Paso City Plan Commission and the Greater El Paso Housing Development Corporation.  In 1992, David was awarded the Lone Star Trophy by the Texas Association of Realtors for the Top Commercial Transaction in the State.  He is experienced in income property sales and analysis, land use analysis, development management, market and feasibility studies, distressed property disposition and general commercial real estate brokerage and leasing.  Together with his partner Noel Woodwell, David represents Argus in West Texas and New Mexico.

Noel Woodwell has been licensed in New Mexico and Texas since 1972.  He holds a BSME and MBA from New Mexico State University and worked as an engineer at the White Sands Missile Range and NASA's White Sands Test Facility in the 1960's and 70's.  Noel has owned and operated several multi-family properties and has deep experience with land development, income property sales, ranch and farm brokerage and multi-family property management and brokerage.

Jeffery A. Gorden, CCIM has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2004 and quickly established himself as an industry expert in site selection and investment properties. He is also an active community member as the 2010 Chairman of the Chandler Leadership Institute Steering Committee and Current Chairman of the Chandler Board of Adjustment.  Professionally, he is a member of the Arizona Self Storage Association, National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters International.  Jeff earned his graduate and undergraduate degrees from Temple University and the University of South Florida respectively; and has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2007 with an extensive track record of successful closings.

Larry Hayes has been helping people invest in real estate since 1974.  He is the founder of Hayes and Associates and is licensed in Montana and Idaho.  He focuses on income properties with an emphasis on self storage and triple net properties as a client representative and forming real estate investment partnerships under various entities.
 

Kathryn Wolhart has had a varied and interesting business life.  Owner/operator of a restaurant/resort, partner in Mount Rainier Alpine guides, trekking guide on Mount Everest, real estate investor, self storage owner and  finally real estate brokerage.  She is the past president of the Montana Association of Real Estate Exchangers.
 

Steven A. Hall, MAI, FRICS, CCIM has been in the real estate industry since 1975 and has primarily been involved in the appraisal profession.  A licensed Realtor in Montana, Steve has been involved in buyer representation and real estate development and has associated with Larry Hayes for the last 15+ years.  Education includes a degree in finance from the University of Montana and the professional designations obtained which gives him a strong analytical background to assist clients in valuation analysis.  Helping people find the CRE investment that best suits their risk tolerance is a driving force in why he enjoys the challenges of the brokerage business.

Joan Lucas has been active in the commercial real estate market in Colorado for over 24 years. A founding member of the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, Joan works with buyers, sellers, and developers of self storage on an exclusive basis and has represented several REITS in their search for sites in Colorado.  She has listed and sold over $70 Million worth of self storage projects in Colorado and nationally, as well as numerous sites to developers of self storage properties.  She is also the co-founder and former President of the Colorado Self Storage Association.
