Meet Bill Barnhill

C. William Barnhill, CCIM, PhD, has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business over 30 years.  He has been actively involved as owner and broker in the self storage business for 13 years.  As President and owner of Omega Properties, Inc., Mr. Barnhill has been an active broker, developer, consultant and manager of self storage properties.  He has brokered over $100 million in self storage transactions.  Omega Properties, Inc. was formed in 1979 as a Commercial Investment Real Estate firm.  The company has been active in site selection, land development and particularly self storage.  Mr. Barnhill owns and operates six self storage facilities in Alabama.

Meet Stuart LaGroue

Stuart LaGroue has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and specializing in self storage brokerage since 2004.  He has been involved in the brokerage of over $30 million in transactions in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.  Currently, Stuart serves as a board member of the Alabama Self Storage Association (ALSSA).  In 2009, he served as President of ALSSA and for the two years prior to that he served as Treasurer.  Stuart earned his Bachelor's of Science from Auburn University and is currently a CCIM candidate.

Meet Shannon Barnes

Shannon Barnhill Barnes has been in Commercial Real Estate since 2005.  Along with specializing in self storage, she also manages 6 self storage facilities locally in Mobile, AL.  Shannon earned her CCIM designation in 2010 and she is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.  She earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Alabama.

"Joey" Godbold is a principal and President of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate and leads a team of over a dozen commercial real estate professionals who are active in North and South Carolina.  In his personal practice, Joey specializes in light industrial and investment properties and he has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management, appraisal and development.  He has developed a privately-held chain of self storage facilities in South Alabama and Northwest Florida, during which time his firm managed over 1,800 units.  He remains active in the self storage industry through continued ownership of his first facility and as the Argus Self Storage Sales Network Broker Affiliate for the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
